Chef Curated Garden Dinners
Newly named Executive Chef Josh Tomson is switching up the typical Farm to Table dinner by bringing the Table to the Farm! Intimate chef-led tasting dinners will seat up to 10 guests and will take place right on the deck at the Garden Shed. The two-hour tasting will be led by Chef Josh as he selects the harvest focus for the dinner. Our chef will prepare and discuss the dinner that will be paired with our Sommelier-selected wine. There is an up-charge for the intimate dinner experience of $75* per person which includes the beer or wine pairing. The dinners will take place each Thursday evening from 6:30-8:30 pm and is weather dependent.

Cocktail Creations
Thursdays 3:00 p.m. - 3:50 p.m.
Learn new techniques and unique pairings for some of your favorite cocktails! We’ll incorporate fresh herbs and highlight seasonal fruits and vegetables for garnishes and extra flavor – perfect for concocting a delicious seasonal libation.
*Guests must be a minimum of 21 years of age to participate. $30 fee per person plus tax and service fee.

Cooking Demonstration Times
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Sunday 3:00 p.m. - 3:50 p.m. | Saturday 11:00 a.m. - 11:50 a.m.
The Lodge has created a state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen that allows you to enjoy special cooking and baking presentations with our talented chef team. Learn new cooking techniques, healthy and surprising ingredient alternatives, and elegant and fun presentation skills. You'll learn how to plan a menu around seasonal produce and herbs from the Chef's Garden and prepare the new "superfoods" - the key to your healthy, active lifestyle. The Lodge at Woodloch offers unique all-inclusive gourmet retreats. Private cooking demonstrations can also be arranged for individual guests as well as for corporate groups.

Wine & Chocolate Pairing
Saturdays 3:00 p.m. - 3:50 p.m.
Join our sommelier for an in depth look into the various characteristics of wine varietals from around the world and learn how they pair tastefully with delicious chocolates. The discussion is open to “experts” at all levels.
*Guests must be a minimum of 21 years of age to participate. $30 fee per person plus tax and service fee. Guest sommelier series may require an additional fee.

Wine Tasting
Fridays 4:00 p.m. - 4:50 p.m.
Join our wine sommelier for an in depth look into the various characteristics of six different wine varietals from around the world. The 40-45 minute discussion is open to "experts" at all levels and includes cheese and fruit selections.
*Guests must be a minimum of 21 years of age to participate. $30 fee per person plus tax and service fee. Guest sommelier series may require an additional fee.
